Botox Training Courses in the UK
Botox has been ruled safe by the FDA, however, that does not mean there are not side effects to its use. Being careful and informed is very important. Botox training courses are the first place where side effects should be addressed and understood, in order to have them be eliminated or minimized in your practice. I will discuss some of these now. Botox training can provide you with the information to be able to tackle the most common side effect, which is bleeding at the sight of injection. In order to minimize this side effect, a smaller needle should be used, as taught in dermal filler training courses.
The skin here is very delicate and measures should be taken to counteract the tiny bumps and or bleeding created by the injection. Secondly, there is a likelihood of numbing of the mouth area if Botox was used there. The reason for this is that the skin and muscles are pretty small there as well. The numbness usually wears off rather quickly, by the next day or so, in most cases. Again, that is something that occurs often and that is made a point of by instructors teaching Botox training courses. There are more serious side effects. The one I’m thinking of has to do with the injections of the Botox substance in one area and the substance not staying within the designated area and causing symptoms of botulism in the body of the patient. Again, this is something that can potentially occur and that the practitioner should be well aware of, as much as the client, perhaps. While Botox is considered safe to use by the FDA we can remind ourselves that this is still a medical procedure with minimal but real side effects. Like I said before, all these side effects should be addressed by the person administering Botox and discussed at length with the patient.
